Shipping is free within the United States on every order, with no minimum. Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days, and you receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel moves.

Delivery normally takes 8–16 business days from dispatch. Parcels ship from our supplier's overseas warehouse, which is why the price sits where it does. For Halloween delivery, order by September 30.

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for any reason. Email us and we will send return instructions. Once the item is back with us in resalable condition, the refund goes to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If the piece arrives damaged or faulty, send a photo and we will replace or refund it without asking you to ship anything back.

We collect only what an order needs: name, delivery address, email and payment confirmation. Payment card details are handled entirely by Shopify's payment processor and never reach us.

We do not sell or rent your details to anyone. If you subscribe to emails, you can unsubscribe from any message. To have your data deleted, email us and we will confirm within one business day.

Email is the fastest way to reach a person, and every message is answered within one business day. There is no phone queue and no chatbot in between.

If you are writing about an existing order, include the order number from your confirmation email and we can answer in a single reply.
